Cancellation policy

Certain products offered through Brocade Flower, operated by STANDARD GREEN LLC, may include recurring purchase options or subscription-based ordering.

By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize STANDARD GREEN LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method at the selected delivery frequency unless canceled.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To request cancellation or make changes to your subscription, contact:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or subscription email

  • Requested changes

Cancellation requests submitted after a recurring order has already been processed may apply to future billing cycles only.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, STANDARD GREEN LLC may:

  • Retry the payment method on file

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

  • Restrict future subscription purchases

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund and return policies as standard purchases.

Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, all subscription sales are considered final unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There was a fulfillment error caused directly by our team

Subscription Availability

STANDARD GREEN LLC reserves the right to:

  • Modify subscription pricing

  • Change available products

  • Pause or discontinue subscription offerings

  • Cancel subscriptions at our discretion

Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only.
