Most orders placed through Brocade Flower, operated by STANDARD GREEN LLC, are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume drops, holidays, or promotional periods.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact compliance@brocadeflower.com immediately. While we will attempt to assist with address corrections, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
Brocade Flower and STANDARD GREEN LLC are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery falls to the carrier.
