Refund policy
All sales made through Brocade Flower, a brand operated by STANDARD GREEN LLC, are considered final due to the nature of consumable hemp products.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where:

There was an issue caused directly by our fulfillment team
To request support regarding an eligible issue, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at compliance@brocadeflower.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges. If an approved issue occurred with your order, our team will determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Shipping Issues
Brocade Flower and STANDARD GREEN LLC are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to USPS or the shipping provider. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of our policies, or attempts to exploit the refund system may result in refusal of future service and additional action where necessary.
Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
